The Juno may be exactly what you’ve been looking for: tailored sequin shorts with a little more coverage than our Gigi hotpants. The perfect statement short.


HOW IT FITS

• TAILORED SHAPE: with a strong metal zip opening at the back, these shorts fit snugly at the waist before kicking out to a gentle A-line shape at the leg. Inset pockets at the sides.

• NON-STRETCH: woven non-stretch organic cotton gives just the right amount of structure.

• NO ITCHY SEQUINS: we promise our sequins don't itch! The soft fabric and cotton thread is smooth and comfortable against your skin. It’s party wear that feels like lounge wear.


SIZING

This style runs a little small – if you are between sizes, we recommend you size up.  Please check the Size Guide below carefully before ordering!

Our model Anna is wearing size M.  Her top half is UK 10 (US 6) and bottom half UK 16 (US 12)  Her height is 5’9” (176cm) bust 35.5” (90cm) waist 28.5” (72cm) hip 43” (109cm)

PLEASE NOTE: we have changed the sizing of the Juno shorts for this collection. If you have previously bought a pair from an older collection, the best size for you may have changed. Please check the size chart carefully.

For a cinched-in high waist look: check the WAIST measurement on the size chart and choose the size which is the closest to your waist measurement.

If you prefer the shorts to sit a little lower on your waist: choose the size which has a waist measurement slightly larger than your true waist.

COLOUR

Amethyst is a dreamboat of a colour. This colour’s sublime pastel tones are made up of a mix of three different sequin colours. Soft rose, lilac, and cornflower blue hues are complimented by a popping pink base fabric. You get a gold star for being keen-eyed if you recognise this colour, as it’s returning this year for the first time since its debut in our 2017 collection.

STYLING IDEAS

You can pair the Juno shorts with our Florence top to make a two-piece version of our popular Mella playsuit. These sequin shorts also co-ord perfectly with our Twinks crop top and Gwen top.  An easy mix-and-match piece which makes a great daytime festival look worn with your favourite t-shirt and trainers (that’s sneakers for our USA friends)


ABOUT THE MAKERS

Our clothes are made with a slow fashion ethos. Everything is designed by Rosa and her team in her studio in Cornwall, UK, and made by a female-led family business in Bali, Indonesia. Rosa has been working closely with Annie and her team in Bali since 2010. Every sequin is hand-stitched by a skilled artisan, and each piece comes with a tag showing the name of the maker.
