We are a small team and sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day! This IG page is a free service that we offer as a gift to our community, so we need to fit it in around everything else that we do. So if you have submitted a listing and it hasn't been posted yet, please be patient and know that we will get to it when we can. This may take a month or even more at our peak times. 1. Fill out the form below and upload up to 5 x photos that clearly show your piece, and any areas of wear and tear or damage. Please upload your images one at a time and ensure that your images are under 1MB in size. If you have more than 1 item to sell, please submit a separate form for each item. The better your photos, the more likely your item will sell! We'd like to make this platform as user-friendly as possible, so if we think your photos don't show your item clearly enough, we may ask you for further photos, or decide not to list your item.

2. We will review your submission to check that your item is a genuine Rosa Bloom piece, and in an acceptable condition for re-sale. We reserve the right not to publish any listings at our discretion. Submission of the form is not a guarantee of publication of your listing on the Instagram account.

3. If your submission is successful, your listing will appear on the @rosabloom_buyandsell Instagram feed, and your Instagram handle will be included so that potential buyers can contact you. There is no charge.

4. The first person to comment under your piece 'wins' the item. The buyer must contact you via DM (direct message) to confirm their interest.

5. As the seller, it is your responsibility to communicate with potential buyers, and arrange payment and postage with the individual who wishes to buy your piece. This is done at your own risk.

6. We recommend using Paypal for payment, via the Goods and Services option. This protects the buyer and the seller from any mishaps.

7. At Rosa Bloom we are not responsible for any communication or transaction that takes place between a seller and a buyer. The Buy & Sell Instagram account is provided as a gift to our community, and serves as a platform only. We do not charge for this service. Any buying and selling activity is done entirely at your own risk. Any buyers or sellers that are deemed to have behaved in an unsuitable or fraudulent manner will be blocked.
